We scout talent and performers that match the style and goals of the event. We review and fine-tune the set lists, expanding the repertoire to the client’s specific requests.

We plan every moment of the event day, managing artists, technicians and suppliers for a flawless flow.

We handle the logistics (sound, lighting, staging), providing technical services up to every need where required (optional).

ConvenShow is the Yard format designed to turn a corporate convention into a professional show. With a Stage Band built into the event’s direction, we transform the key moments of the convention — opening, walk-ins, speeches, awards, stage changes, reveals and celebratory finales — into more theatrical, seamless and engaging moments. The goal is not simply “to play music”, but to bring rhythm, energy and memorability to the whole event, keeping an elegant, corporate standard perfectly in step with the company’s content, timing and goals.
